Jeannette has more than 30 years of experience in the patent field and specializes in drafting patent applications, patent lawsuits, proceedings before the patent authorities and advice in the field of patent protection and strategies. She works across the chemical field and, in particular, on matters relating to food technology, polymers, resins, heterogeneous catalysis, pharmaceuticals and medicine, bioplastics, biofuels and sustainable technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Jeannette has a degree in chemistry at the University of Utrecht and has experience as a patent attorney in industry and in private patent practice. She has worked as a patent attorney at AkzoNobel and as director of Intellectual Property at Purac Biochem and DSM. She has worked for a number of years as a counsel at a law firm specialized in intellectual property disputes.
