Additionally, our firm has consistently participated in almost all electronics and ICT patent cases of the last decade before the Dutch Courts, assisting both patent proprietors and alleged infringers. We are also involved in several UPC cases.
As a patent attorney within our successful ICT, Electronics & AI/Quantum practice group, you will be responsible for advising clients and securing patent rights in areas as quantum computing (hardware and software), artificial intelligence and other related fields. We will support you in your professional and personal growth and you will get the opportunity to build your own practise, allowing you to potentially contribute as a partner in decision-making regarding the strategic direction and future of DVME.
Your profile
- MSc and/or PhD in physics, computer engineering or electrical engineering;
- Registration as a European Patent Attorney is required, registration as a UPC representative would be a plus;
- Proven expertise and affinity in handling cases in the domain of algorithms, artificial intelligence and quantum computing;
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in both Dutch and English.
