Jurre studied applied physis at the University of Groningen. His bachelor- and master-research revolved around organic semiconductors. Jurre was sworn in as a Dutch patent attorney in 2018 and was registered in 2019 as European patent attorney. He drafts and prosecutes patent applications in the fields of software, telecommunications, and physics, for example patent applications directed to semiconductor technology, quantum technology, microscopy, electronics. Jurre has litigation experience including litigation concerning standard essential telco patents. He enjoys working in close cooperation with attorneys-at-law in such cases.
