Jurre graduated from the University of Groningen (Bsc & MSc Applied Physics). During his studies, he investigated organic semiconductors, in particular organic solar cells and LEDs. In 2015 Jurre started working for De Vries & Metman and was registered as a Dutch patent attorney in 2018 and as European patent attorney in 2019. Jurre drafts patent applications and prosecutes patents in the fields of physics, electrical engineering and ICT (e.g. software and telecommunications). Additionally, he is involved in litigation wherein he closely works together with patent lawyers.
